Yeah, last time I rp'd with you at Galadriel, you died. You took an unlucky crit + starfire in one round, and died the next round. I never quite understood why you even bothered to stick around, after I pk'd Kaylok there the attempt to get Galadriel was kind of doomed anyhow. I did have merciful on though, and I was sorry to see that you died.
Search for the log of me killing Kaylok (the one where Deyali and Maureen later use a bug to try to ruin my character).
And Delkin, respect for RP? A guildmate was sitting in guildhall, and received this: 'Delkin tells you: I'm killing elves.' which was twenty seconds later followed by this: 'Delkin tells you: I am going to say this once. If you attack us while we kill Galadriel, I will kill you.' Clearly, it's all about establishing respect and playstyles.
Exactly. We respect RP, but we don't believe it should be forced on others. When you believe that your way of playing the game is better than and should interfere with ours, then there is a recipe for disaster.
Malorian came upon me killing lads and told me to leave. I said, 'I am not role-playing now'. He left. This was very respectable and considerate of my style of play. On the same token, I have RPed with KoDA several times in the past in small fights or skirmishes.
There is a time and a place for everything, but when your RP endangers the life of our characters, that is flat out inconsiderate and aggressive.
Additionally, last time I RPed with VC in the tree, Alkath stabbed me and I died a second later from Galadriel. Very sorry if I am slightly disinterested in role playing with you.

Pollux, Klardin is one that I've always RPed fine with. Sure, he hunts and backstabs, but always has mercy on, and I always own him. ;)

ya i had no intention for malorian to die. Yes i've been chased around castle and merci'ed by them many times. and i've merci'ed many of then many times. Tarquin was shielding me and i was getting beat like a red headed step child he wanted to join i figured hey he's helped me before. and i could use the help let's go. Hence i had apologized and talked to malorian about it etc.
I've had bkd come attack me well i was rping battling with amruin.. i've had an amruin kill me in rp battle.. s@#t happens.

Even if Klardin didn't mean for Malorian to die, Malorian died thanks to Klardin.
The best way out of this mess would be, according to me, have Malorian fully reimbursed for his death, and Tarquin as a no longer wanted helper of durms as he seems to cause more trouble than he solves.

Especially with what facts Fofester has pointed out, no amount of lying here can... erm should convince people that there was any willingness to RP by either of the killing party members. Malorian is just unfortunately a victim of the current social balance in arda.
Just noticed Klardin invited and Tarquin accepted a party invite one round before Malorian ran and Klardin hunted. I know what it looks like to me, but hey, maybe he thought Tarquin loves rp.

I didn't think it was a great idea of Klardin to hunt or even charge, but meh. I think it's within reason as long as merciful is on. Linhir's not really a dangerous area for a KoDA to be mercifulled. After the hunt, it kind of happened quickly.
If Klardin cared he would have told Tarquin to merciful, or left the party when the hunt started. Obviously he didn't care, which is fine, but don't pretend he does. This is why I dislike Durms. They could say, 'yeah we don't rp, so try it with us and we'll kill you.' But instead, Manni tries to say ah its all Tarquin's fault cause Klardin had merciful on, even though he stayed in the party and helped hunt and kill Malorian.
