there is no right way to point out newbies, imho newbies are the ones that ask how to train. ie players that just started on the mud.
I started and became lvl 18, died 4 times right before lvling to 19, then suicided for being angry. Some people make it far in the game without any experience with Playerkillers and playerkilling, And they should not be looked at as newbies.
Gazza perhaps they dont RP so good now, but you claiming the CoU of never RPing in the right way, well i guess you dont remember how the CoU was about 4 years ago.
The CoU is regaining its size and in times of that its not that easy to RP.
The KoDA from what i know have tons of members.
Therefor they can RP more activly.

This guys who cant pk/avoiding pking, can probaly teach you a shit load of tricks to improve your game. they just dont get involved with the PK side of the game. So what im saying is, i disagree- imho i dont think any guild has a newbie in it. Most people pass being 'newbie' pass level 5. I mean, they know the basics, how quests work, how the game works. They just dont practice certain area as much as other....blah lbha blah..i will shut up now :)

Hey ruiniel im not a CoU anymore but i can tell you for damn sure that they arent newbies. I wouldnt piss them off, and youve already got half of arda wanting your head. CoU arent newbies, they are just inactive at times.
Remember when this 'newbie' corsair killed you in mordor, Ruiniel, while you had a maxed warrior shielding you and attacking me? Thought that flask and VoV would save you so you just stood in place on the courier path.

And Ruiniel, read my long comment again. KoDA may be newbies in a powerplayer's spectrum, but are among the best of the RPers in the game. Maybe you're jealous because KoDA have at least got one thing going for them....

I hear people think that the CoU has turned into a PK-guild. That's the most redicilous thing I've ever heard. RP is what we want to do and it also is what we do. However, in a world where PK's is a everyday thing a guild must sometimes abondon their non-PK policy to survive. The KoDA has managed to survive without it and that's one of the things that makes my respect for their guild great.
Ok, for the record too :
I have friends in KoDA and we had quite 'good times' sparring and so (remembers Rougan and him near death running 4 times in the same direction before i died)
Just because we are taunting doesn't mean what we really think about them.

I have never called KoDA a newbie because of that person being a KoDA. I have nothing against the KoDA as a guild, it's just that they are moral and we are evil. KoDA is the ONLY guild that has been able to stand by the RP-standards that they have set. I respect the KoDA more then any other guild in this game due to their work for RP-only and not PK. Just beacause you do not know huntbreaks does not mean that you are a newbie.
Oh yeah, one more thing...I'm assuming you don't know Andron. Neither do I. But I'm sure he could teach you a thing or two on some subject or another.

I just want to say that I do find the way CoU monotonously calls KoDA newbies to be wrong. I don't want to go into explaining it all in detail..twould take too long. But yeah sure a relatively high proportion of them show signs of not being able to avoid a pk. But still, KoDA as a whole are way better at RP than CoU. Ever heard of any memorable RP battles in which CoU defend an area or NPC? I haven't. I have, however, experienced, and heard others tell tales of, MANY very memorable KoDA RP battles. In that respect, KoDA have my respect for endeavouring to 'keep the RP alive'. CoU pillage gondorian towns and kill Imrahil, which is all good for their RP too...CoU do RP as well. But do undeniably do a rather more finesse job than CoU. They're the nuisance (sp?) of Gondor for me, cos they're always at the wrong place at the wrong time when you're trying to kill in peace :-p So anyway, getting back to the crux of it...they may be newbie-ish at avoiding pkills, but they outshine you guys by a mile on their RP ability. But I do take into consideration that it is hard to RP properly, in these times where everyone is doing their best to screw each other over.
And you logsite viewers may deny it, or try to discredit my claims. But deep down you know it's true. KoDA are a decent guild when it comes to RP.

Always keep in mind that this is a game, its for fun and yes, death happens, and yeah you can't always do what you want and so, still sometimes (often!) we take it very(too much!) seriously.
Dang i've people who tell me that CoU is turning to be a PK guild, some others that we get all the bad guys inside. Hell!
I've friends in moral and evil guilds. What i want to say is 'let me live damnit!'
I support 100% RP. PK has its interest too.
