There's something you are overlooking about that set of rooms.
Ansatsusha was already locked by the time he started shaping anyway.
Ok its like it used to be, you can occasionally see it if they ONLY have 100 deception and your awareness is ONLY at 100 (not above).

I think they can't detect it if you have max deception.
I am very surprised Ansatsusha was noob enough not to notice you hunting hir. Don't use shape all, shape the target they are killing so there is less possibility of warning (unless this has been changed and a shaped person cannot detect it when its from a camo). Nice job not comming the kill, most people can't help themselves from doing so.

I think I have told you this before level up a little bit more before you get so damn pk hungry. It is a nice kill work on your trigger work the hunt trigger spam was a little annoying.
Why did Ansatsusha camo and then stab the smith? You have plenty of time to stab him after he locked the door uncamoed.
The ES vial in your alias is going to screw you. You should have it as a separate alias as a general rule.
Nice kill...I really wouldn't have much to say other than I usually turn off my Hunt trigger once I'm hunting someone and trigger the closest huntbreak right away.
