In my estimation, Rand ~ Kaylok and Mello >> Ural. The rest of the members of either guild are support staff. This says to me both that Beornings are winning and over time they will win by more so long as Rand is at least as involved as Kaylok and Mello is as active as Ural.
All I know is that on the shit-talking front, Beornings are ahead by a mile.
