Actually I should add a disclaimer - sometimes differentiating BETWEEN herkies is quite difficult, because all adhere to the same herk laws. But the symptoms always show themselves almost instantly.
Actually Rand and Daywalker have always played the same game as you guys now play, max a character with gold loans, get to level 20, then within 5 minutes of entering the PvP scene be known to everyone in Arda as your alt because you play as the same person.
Rand, I don't attack all your alts regardless. I attacked your thief alt because it was an FR in mordor. Then you racechanged to uruk and applied to GB to spy. You are hitlisted. Unlike you, I have characters that you and the rest of this game don't know about. Your thief alt got to a day of age? If that, before it was found out.

Rand if I recall when you were waging your personal war on Quickblades,and I was GM. You attacked my alt who was not in QB for no reason I didn't have a C it was solely because it was my alt so don't go preaching about character separation.

btw cruice attacks all my chars regardless of anything, so thats hardly separation
but all the rest of the herkies compensate for those two with ultimate dedication to the fulfillment of the law!
Taros, apparently you missed the past 5 years of gameplay in which rand and his cohorts did an awesome job of separating chars...right. the admins only seem to give a shit about 5 percent of the time, so why not treat every char like its the same, with the same friends and same enemies.
Addendum: not all herks are guilty of that - Cruice plays his chars separately, and, well, Rhakyrh only has 1 char of his own, so it's sorta hard for him to be reckless.
The point is that some of you have no concept of character separation whatsoever, to the point where it's MP. Looking at you, C/T/R.

Herks don't help with any and all pk's if you haven't seen lately almost all pk's where herks are working together involve Rand or Gambrinus. Also not all of us will drop what we are doing to participate in a pk. So Myrddin just because most of us are close RL friends and help eachother on the mud doesn't mean we will just help in any random PK. We are no different than Gambrinus and Rand, we party against common enemies.

herk law n+1. Any herk, regardless of character alignment or affiliations, can be guaranteed to help another herk doing anything anywhere provided it doesn't impact on their character playability.
In other words a herk who is part of an ER guild will kill members of another ER guild if any FR herk is fighting them. They will also provide healing and probably shielding to FR herks killing in Mordor, but will not attack the npc since that will give them a kill record there.
