Most healers will charge as a function of your kill record, Tenzek's doesn't work that way as it has two discrete values, 20 or 30.
Actually Norin, Killing goes up by ones, I killed in Silver flask quest and killed the guard, healed 20gp. Killed the old man, 21 gp, killed the others, 22 gp it goes on by how much you kill in a certain area. Of course a mass murderer would be higher than a suspect

No, the cost goes up with your kill record. From 20 to 30.
The issue is that it allso increases the amount of healing accordingly, wich is not normal. It's not align based as far as i have seen.
Tenzek's healer cost 30gp if you are moral I believe and does a lot more healing than those who charge 20, well that's what I have found out anyway
'donate' was specific syntax to pay more for more healing (and was probably coded to exhaust the healer faster).
Automatically getting more healing by virtue of the fact that the community hates you is an obvious bug.
Not the same thing. The better heals at the priest were intended.

When you kill in Tenzeks the healer charges you more, but like the priest in Mordor, she heals more for more gold. It doesn't make sense but I'm not complaining
