i took a shit once as well, believe it or not.
I've sent tells to the person I was doing the finds on instead of the person I was doing finds for on several occasions.
That doesn't look like a client mistake. I've attacked people by mistake instead of NPCs. It just sort of happens when you're typing out your kill command and somebody's name pops up on screen where you were looking. I bet half the MUD has done that at least once.

There is an idea, everyone log in and no one use aliases, triggers and mappers and see who actually knows the game. Let's do this old school when everything was done by memory!
