To the north, alongside the road, run the pale waters of the Morgulduin, its slowly-churning waters flowing out of Mordor. The road, created a millennia ago by the men of Gondor, has fallen into disrepair and is in quite poor condition; not to mention the noxious odors that come from the river which make you feel rather nauseated.
