    You raise your hand to knock on the gates when you hear an insane
laugh and then a hard thunk.  It sounds like the orcs behind the gate
are laughing at you.  Taking another look around, it appears that the
Mordor gates are guarded MUCH better than they have been in the past.
After considering this new predicament, you aren't sure if you really
want to continue.  Knocking again would surely send you into the grip
of the ready and waiting army.
